In his right mind

For he had said to him, “Come out of the man, you unclean spirit!”

And they came to Jesus, and saw the demoniac sitting there, clothed and in his right mind,

Mark 5:8, 15

Jesus Christ is LORD, Who alone has dominion over every situation and circumstance.

He is the infinite power and Wisdom of The Father, Who is able to deliver from every hard and difficult situation.

In today’s gospel we see this at work, as JESUS stepped into a forgotten, abandoned situation.

The case of the man who was called the demoniac was most difficult. In fact the gospel reveals to us that the people of the village had given up on trying to bind him in chains.

He was left on the outskirts of the village by the caves where he bruised himself with stones.

Jesus however walked into this situation that was condemned and where everyone had given up.

When Jesus showed up, that which seemed impossible, became possible. The demoniac was set free, he was clothed, and came into his right mind.

Only Jesus can set free!

In our own lives, where are situations where we have given up?

What cases do we think have been abandoned and considered forsaken, because of the sore oppression of the enemy.

Today, the LORD Jesus is stepping into those specific situations and circumstances and bringing His deliverance, healing and anointing.

He is doing it for His Name’s sake.

That once again we may be clothed, in our right minds and testify to all of how much God has done for us.

Prayer

Dear LORD Jesus, I praise You o God for You are the God of miracles.

You step into forsaken, abandoned causes and YOU bring Your Light, Glory, Deliverance and Anointing.

And so Holy God, step into the difficult, hard, oppressive situations of our lives and set us free.

Bring Your deliverance where there has been oppression and suppression.

Command the demons to be gone and set us free.

Clothe us with Your Holy Spirit and renew our minds with Your glory and unfailing victory.

Embolden us with Your healing and Your mercy, that we may go forth proclaiming Your goodness and all that You have done for us.

Thank YOU Jesus for today You have assured us that You are present with us.

Yahweh Sabaoth (God of Hosts), Yahweh El-Shaddai (God Who is Almighty), You are with us and will never forsake us or allow us to be abandoned.

Amen!

Always & Forever,

To The Lamb,

With all my ❤
