And when Jesus heard it, he said to them, “Those who are well have no need of a physician, but those who are sick; I came not to call the righteous, but sinners.”

Mark 2:17

LORD Jesus today You speak to me in a profound way about Your power to show mercy.

Your love is infinite o LORD and there is none that You turn away.

How easily have I turned to a pharasitical way of living.

I’m slow to forgive and ponder offences.

I forget that the only reason I receive the grace of salvation is because You loved me again and again – and never gave up on me when I was the worst of sinners buried in the trenches of sin.

Forgive me o LORD from self righteousness.

I have no righteousness except Your Blood LORD Jesus. This is the sole reason why I live.

Alleluia!

Today Holy God as You call me to repentance, I say I am sorry LORD.

Forgive me and wash me clean and give me the grace to forgive all who have offended me.

Thank You LORD Jesus for hearing me.
